These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bk11 ("bk11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bk11 website located at bk11.asia and all associated products, services and features offered thereon, including sports betting, live casino, online slots, and the bk11 Loyalty Program.
bk11 is an online betting and casino platform operated for the benefit of Pakistani players and other users in jurisdictions where such services are permitted. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be forfeited pending investigation.

To access the full features of bk11, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including a valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, chosen username and a secure password. You may only hold one (1) bk11 account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended at bk11's discretion and any promotional benefits associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.
bk11 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any stage of your account's lifecycle. For Pakistani players, identity verification typically requires a clear photograph or scan of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, in certain cases, proof of address and source of funds documentation.

bk11 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending review.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. bk11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.2.

bk11's total cumulative liability to any individual user arising from or related to these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk: All forms of gambling carry inherent financial risk. bk11 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming on the platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bk11's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to your use of bk11, you agree to first contact bk11's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bk11 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a written complaint.
